Objectives:

to revise words;

to practice reading ch;

to use structures “I like… I don't like…”

to develop Ps' listening, reading and writing skills.

Vocabulary:

Structures: “I like… I don't like…”.

Materials: PB, flashcards.

Outcomes: by the end of the lessons Ps will be able to read ch, use structures “I like… I don't like…” and write about what they like and what they don't like.

Procedure

1. Warming up

Revise a song (Ex. 3, p. 88)

2. Presentation

Explain Ps how letter combination ch is read.

3. Practice

1)Ex. 1, p. 89 – listen and read.

Explain to Ps that they are going to listen to the audio and read.

Ch chicken chips, cherry, chair, teacher, cheese, lunch, sandwich

2) Ex. 2, p. 89 – read.

Say Ps that they are going to read words.

3) Exercise

Say Ps that they are going to watch the video and do the exercise.

4) Ex. 3, p. 89 – listen and read.

Explain to Ps that they should listen and read text.

Ex. 5, p. 89 – write.
