Who is your friend?

Lesson aims:

- teach new vocabulary;

- teach dialogical speaking;

- teach ask and answer the questions;

- to present the song «Friends»;

- to present new vocabulary.

- speak what they like to do with your friends;

- speak about your friends;

- learn and sing the song;

- answer the questions.

Materials: masks, video «Friend Song — Verbs Song for Kids — The Singing Walrus».

Procedure

I. Organizational moment

Good morning, pupils! How are you today? Do you ready for the lesson?

II. The topic of the lesson

Today we are going to speak your friends, sing the song and learn new vocabulary.

Game «Change your place if you… »

Change your place if you like dancing (juice, candies…) після цих слів учні які люблять танцювати, … міняються місцями. Ті хто ні — залишаються на місці.

1. Presentation of new vocabulary

1) Ex.1, p.28

Your task is listen and repeat new words

2) Ex.2, p.28

Your task is listen and point.

3) Game «What I am?»

На клас виходять 4 учні та одягають на голову маски зi словами »funny» ,»clever» ,»nice», »pretty», але так щоб вони їх не бачили. Запитують у класу «Am I clever (nice…)?» Клас відповідає «Yes, you are»/ «No, you are not»

2. Speaking
