Shops and shopping
Мета: закріпити лексичний і граматичний матеріал по темі «Магазини і покупки»; формувати навички діалогічного мовлення по темі «Робимо покупки», удосконалювати навички читання.
Основні завдання:
1. Розвивати уміння і навички усного мовлення:
- вчити розуміти на слух основний зміст відеофрагменту.
- закріпити граматичний матеріал структура there is / there are та there was / there were.
- вчити вести діалог «У магазині».
2. Розвивати вміння в читанні:
- вчити виразно читати вголос невеликі тексти діалогічного характеру.
Тип уроку: Урок закріплення (застосування отриманих знань на практиці).
Хід уроку
I. Підготовка до сприйняття іншомовного матеріалу
1. Привітання та перевірка готовності до уроку
- Good morning children. I’m glad to see you.
2. Знайомство з темою і завданнями уроку
- Today we are going to speak about shops and shopping. At the lesson we will revise the names of the shops and expressions about shopping. Also we will speak about shops and learn how to speak in the shop.
3. Мовна розминка
- Do you like shopping?
- Who usually goes shopping in you family?
- Do you go shopping every day?
- What do you usually buy in the shop?
- What shops do you know?
- Let’s remember the shops.
4. Повторення Л.Е. теми.
T: Now children look at the screen listen to the announcer and read some words and some sentences after him.
4. Гра «What can you buy in this shop?»
- Now, I suggest you to play a game: «What can you buy in this shop?»
- Children, look at screen and tell me please what is the shop? What can you buy in this shop?
II. Основна частина уроку
1. Закріплення граматичного матеріалу дієслово to be в теперішньому і минулому часі.
- And now children let’s remember when we use thе structure there is /there are. Look at the Screen. (діти дивляться на презентацію і складають приклади)
2. Аудіювання.
Перегляд уривка
— Now children we will watch a short video about modern town and old town Smaltown.
Listen to the story and be very attentive because your task will be answer the questions after watching the video.
- Are you ready? Let’s start. Look, listen and answer the questions.
3. Релаксація. Фізхвилинка для очей.
- Now let’s have a break. I see that you are tired.
- Look at the screen and try to follow the objects on the screen.
4. Розвиток навичок говоріння
- So we have had a rest already let’s go on working.
- Now Let’s work in groups.
- We will divide into three groups.
- You will be the 1st group.
- The next five people will be the 2nd group.
- And you will be the 3 rd group.
5. Робота в групах
- You have cards on your tables and you should mark the sentences in the right order and make up a dialogue and then each group dramatizes it.
- And now children let’s check up your dialogs.
- Which group is ready?
- Are you ready? — Please go to the blackboard and dramatize your dialogue.

5. Розвиток навичок письма
- Pupils we have already revise a lot of shops and what did you say to make up your own shopping list.
- Now I’ll give you worksheets with different shops and your task will be write what can you buy at this shop?
- So, the first group will go to the baker’s, the 2nd — will go to the newsagent’s, and the 3rd group — will go to the supermarket. So let’s start. Write what you can buy at these shops. You have 3 minutes for this task.
III. Підсумок уроку
1. Гра «Мікрофон»
Діти передають мікрофон по колу і кажуть, що їм найбільше сподобалося і запам'яталося на уроці.
- And now children let’s play a game I will be ask you some questions and you will be answer them.
- Do you like our lesson?
- What did you like most of all?
- What shops do you know?
2. Домашнє завдання
Ex. 4 p. 98.
